Shipping Info
Ordering products from Alissa Cohen? We are able to ship to virtually any address in the world. Please read the shipping options carefully for your location. Please call us if you experience any difficulties choosing shipping options.
Please note that all appliances, except the spiral slicer, are shipped separately from other products. This means that you will be receiving appliances independent from all other purchases.
Orders placed over the weekend (after 2pm on Friday) or on a holiday will not ship out until the next regular business day.
U.S. Orders
We use UPS as our primary shipping method. Customers may select UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select*, UPS 2nd Day Air* or UPS Next Day Air*.
Ground shipping is usually 3-10 business days, depending on where you are located.
Free ground shipping is offered in the continental U.S. for the following items: 5 Tray Dehydrator, 9 Tray Dehydrator, Greenstar Juicer, Lequip Juicer and Vitamix Blender.
*Expedited Shipping for appliances:
Expedited shipping costs are not automatically calculated with appliance purchases. You must call the business office at 978-985-7217 if you want 2nd or 3rd day air for your order to be processed accordingly. If you do not call to notify us, your order will be automatically shipped via UPS Ground.
International Orders
Brokerage fees and customs charges may be included in your shipping cost. (Only UPS Worldwide Express and UPS Worldwide Expedited include brokerage fees which include routine customs clearance.) These fees are set forth by UPS. Alissa Cohen is not responsible for brokerage fees and customs charges. Please make note of these costs before confirming your purchase.
There are few select areas where shipping charges are not calculated by our website. If you are unable to order through our website for any reason please call our office.
Returns
Please note there are restrictions on returning some products. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns and customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Appliances
We do not refund appliances that have been used or are not in their original box. Please call us first if you are looking to return an appliance. Calling first allows us to make arrangements for you to return the appliance to the proper location.
Apparel, Food items, Books and DVDs
We do not accept returns on these items.
